ABSTRACT

Fundamento: La labor docente en la Misión Médica Cubana en Venezuela está encaminada a garantizar el cumplimiento de las exigencias y necesidades sociales en la formación de profesionales en pre y posgrado, orientada a la preparación de los profesores y a la ejecución del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje con bases sólidas. Objetivo: Identificar los conocimientos que poseen los coordinadores docentes relacionados con los procedimientos metodológicos de la superación profesional en el Estado Táchira de Venezuela, en el I Trimestre de 2020. Metodología: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal sobre superación profesional durante el primer trimestre de 2022 que incluyó los 25 vicecoordinadores docentes nombrados en las Áreas de Salud Integral Comunitaria de la Misión Barrio Adentro del Estado Táchira. Se diseñó y aplicó un cuestionario encaminado a medir conocimientos sobre procedimientos metodológicos de superación profesional. Resultados: Se observaron dificultades en la identificación de las necesidades de aprendizaje, con relación a otras formas organizativas de superación, modalidades de las actividades de posgrado, comparecencia del cuerpo docente y de evaluación final. Conclusiones: La caracterización realizada permitió determinar las necesidades de aprendizaje, principalmente en el área de la didáctica general y fundamenta la necesidad de elaborar para su ejecución un programa de superación profesional dirigido a los docentes noveles.


Background: The teaching labor for the Cuban Medical Mission in Venezuela is aimed to guarantee the accomplishment of the demands and social needs for professionals in undergraduate and postgraduate preparation, oriented to the preparation of teachers and to the execution with solid foundations of the teaching and learning process. Objective: To identify the knowledge possessed by the teaching coordinators related to the methodological procedures in professional upgrading in Táchira State, Venezuela, during the first quarter in 2020. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted about professional upgrading, and included the 25 teaching vice coordinators named in the Integral Community Health Areas of the Barrio Adentro Mission in the Táchira State. A questionnaire was designed and applied in order to measure knowledge on professional upgrading methodological procedures. Results: Difficulties were observed in the learning needs identification, in relation to other organizational forms of improvement, modalities of postgraduate activities, teaching staff appearance and final evaluation. Conclusions: The conducted characterization made it possible to determine the learning needs, mainly in the general didactic area and substantiates the necessity to elaborate for its execution, a professional upgrading program for novice teachers.

ABSTRACT

The present study aimed to identify how racism appears in the lives and careers of Black undergraduate students in a Brazilian Public Higher Education Institution. For this purpose, this study conducted 27 narrative interviews with self-declared black undergraduates, which were analyzed using the technique of thematic Biography and Narrative Analysis. The results indicated that despite the existence of distinctions between the undergraduates' trajectories, usually caused by socioeconomic differences, racism similarly impacts their lives and careers, presenting itself in three frequent themes, named by the researchers as: "Experiences with Racism", "Awareness of Racism", and "Management of Racism". It was found that, although there are distinctions between experiences, motivated especially by socioeconomic origin and available opportunities, all participants manage the effects of racism, individually and collectively, leading them to changes in career prospects, to enable the construction of viable professional trajectories to achieve their ambitions. O presente estudo objetivou identificar como o racismo se presentifica na vida e na carreira de universitários negros de uma Instituição Pública de Ensino Superior brasileira. Para tanto, foram conduzidas 27 entrevistas narrativas com graduandos autodeclarados negros, analisadas por meio da técnica de Análise de Biografias e Narrativas do tipo temática. Os resultados indicaram que, apesar da existência de distinções entre as trajetórias dos universitários, habitualmente ocasionada por diferenças socioeconômicas, o racismo impacta similarmente suas vidas e carreiras, apresentando-se em três temas frequentes, nomeados pelos pesquisadores como: "Experiências com o Racismo", "Conscientização sobre o Racismo" e "Manejo ao Racismo". Constatou-se que, embora existam distinções entre as vivências, motivadas, sobretudo, pela origem socioeconômica e oportunidades disponíveis, os efeitos do racismo são manejados por todos os participantes, individual e coletivamente, levando-os a alterações nas perspectivas de carreira, a fim de possibilitar a construção de trajetórias profissionais viáveis às suas ambições. El presente estudio objetivó identificar cómo el racismo está presente en la vida y carrera de universitarios negros de una Institución Pública de Educación Superior brasileña. Para ello, se realizaron 27 entrevistas narrativas con universitarios autoproclamados negros, analizadas mediante la técnica de Análisis de Biografías y Narrativas del tipo temática. Los resultados indicaron que, aunque hay distinciones entre las trayectorias de los universitarios, generalmente causadas por diferencias socioeconómicas, el racismo impacta de manera similar sus vidas y carreras, presentándose en tres temas frecuentes, denominados como: "Experiencias con el Racismo", "Concientización sobre el racismo" y "Manejo del racismo". Se encontró que, aunque existen distinciones entre las experiencias, motivadas, especialmente, por el origen socioeconómico y las oportunidades disponibles, los efectos del racismo son manejados por todos los participantes, individual y colectivamente, llevándolos a cambios en las perspectivas de carrera, a fin de posibilitar la construcción de trayectorias profesionales viables para cumplir sus ambiciones. ABSTRACT

(analítico) Se analiza la implementación de un programa de formación docente en promoción de autonomía y apoyo pedagógico y su relación con el compromiso de niños en el aula. El programa se desarrolló duran-te el cierre de escuelas por la pandemia causada por el covid-19. Se usó diseño mixto convergente-paralelo. Participaron cinco docentes de primaria, de escuelas públicas de Cali, Colombia, y sus estudiantes (N=110). La formación consistió en dos talleres grupales y tres sesiones de acompañamiento individual en modalidad virtual. Se grabaron las clases antes y durante el proceso, codificándose las interacciones. Se observó alta variabilidad en promoción de autonomía y apoyo pedagógico. El compromiso de los niños fue mayor cuando las profesoras promovían mayor autonomía y apoyo pedagógico. Se discutieron variables que afectan el aprovechamiento de la formación.


(analytical) This paper analyzes the implementation of a professional development program on autonomy promotion and instructional support in the classroom, and the relationship between this program and students' engagement. The program was designed during the delivery of online classes as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used a convergent parallel design. Participants were five elementary teachers and their students (N=110) at a public school in Cali, Colombia. The program consisted of two workshops and three online individual feedback sessions. Classes were recorded before and during the program and classroom interactions were coded. The results show high variability in teachers' autonomy promotion and instructional support during the classes. Students' engagement was higher when teachers promote greater autonomy and instructional support. Variables that could affect teachers' use of learning from the program are discussed.


(analítico) Analisase a implementação de um programa de formação docente para a promoção da autonomia e o apoio pedagógico e sua relação com a performance das crianças na sala de aula. O programa foi desenvolvido durante o fechamento das escolas pelo Covid-19. Um método misto convergente-paralelo foi usado. Participaram cinco professoras de ensino básico de escolas públicas de Cali-Colômbia e seus alunos, 110 crianças. A formação consistiu em duas oficinas grupais e três sessões de trabalho individual na modalidade virtual. As aulas foram gravadas antes e durante o processo, e as interações foram codificadas. Observa-se alta variabilidade na promoção da autonomia e apoio pedagógico. O comprometimento das crianças foi maior quando as professoras promoveram maior autonomia e apoio pedagógico. As variáveis que afetam o aproveitamento do treinamento são discutidas.

ABSTRACT

Throughout the world, forensic odontology academic programmes have been designed and permeate discussions about international or local standard operational protocols, principles or guidelines requiring current technical and scientific knowledge. The heterogeneous groups of students who aim to pursue this career might have high educational and occupational aspirations that will be confronted with the labour markets. In this report, the authors briefly present aspects of the education and training that comprise the choice of a career in forensic odontology nowadays. In conclusion, the individual who opts for forensic odontology as a career must be prepared to find the confidence and resilience to practice professional skills in a unique and challenging field to comply with the society's expectation


Em todo o mundo, vários programas acadêmicos de Odontologia Legal têm sido criados e permeiam discussões sobre protocolos, princípios ou diretrizes operacionais, padrão internacional ou local, que exigem conhecimento técnico e científico atualizado. Os grupos heterogêneos de estudantes que pretendem seguir esta carreira poderão ter elevadas aspirações educativas e profissionais que serão confrontadas com os mercados de trabalho. Neste contexto, os autores apresentam brevemente aspectos da educação e formação que compõem a escolha de uma carreira em Odontologia Legal nos dias de hoje. Em conclusão, o indivíduo que opta pela Odontologia Legal como carreira deve estar preparado para encontrar confiança e resiliência para exercer habilidades profissionais em um campo único e desafiador para atender às expectativas da sociedade

ABSTRACT

Fundamento: La cultura informacional en las universidades desarrolla en los docentes universitarios buenas prácticas educativas con el uso de la información mediante herramientas infotecnológicas. Objetivo: Proponer una estrategia de superación profesional para potenciar la cultura informacional del docente universitario, con el uso de herramientas infotecnológicas. Metodología: Investigación pedagógica realizada en la universidad de Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez" durante el periodo de tiempo comprendido entre el año 2020 y el 2021. Se utilizó el método histórico lógico y el inductivo deductivo para determinar los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos que sustentan la cultura informacional en el proceso de superación profesional. La modelación, además de permitir estructurar la estrategia que se propone; permitió determinar los objetivos, etapas y la selección de las formas organizativas de las acciones propuestas. El criterio de expertos para evaluar la pertinencia de la propuesta mediante la comparación por pares. Resultados: Una estrategia de superación profesional estructurada en 4 etapas (diagnóstico, planeación estratégica, instrumentación, evaluación), que sustentada en el uso de herramientas infotecnológicas se orienta a potenciar la cultura informacional del docente universitario. Conclusiones: La estrategia de superación profesional propuesta resulta viable para potenciar la cultura informacional del docente universitario; la misma tiene una adecuada correspondencia entre sus etapas y acciones, los fundamentos y exigencias pedagógicas.


Background: The information culture in universities develops in university teachers good pedagogical practices with the use of information through info-technological tools. Objective: To propose a professional improvement strategy to enhance the information culture of university teachers through the use of information technology tools. Methodology: Pedagogical research conducted at the University of Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez" during the period from 2020 to 2021. The historical-logical and inductive-deductive methods were used to determine the theoretical and methodological foundations that support the information culture in the professional development process. Modeling not only allowed the proposed strategy to be structured, but also allowed the objectives to be defined, stages and the selection of organizational forms for the proposed actions. Expert assessment of the proposal's relevance through peer comparison. Results: A professional development strategy structured in 4 stages (diagnosis, strategic planning, instrumentation, evaluation), based on the use of information technology tools, aimed at reinforcing the information culture of university teachers. Conclusions: The proposed professional development strategy is feasible to promote the information culture of university teachers; it has an adequate correspondence between its stages and actions, the pedagogical foundations and requirements.

ABSTRACT

Introducción: El Ministerio de Salud Pública tiene implementado un plan de medidas dirigidas a lograr reducir la tasa de mortalidad infantil, menor de un año y la materna, atendiendo a las principales causas de morbi-mortalidad. El texto tiene como objetivo caracterizar las actividades de superación profesional impartidas a los profesionales del sector salud por las universidades de ciencias médicas del país relacionadas con el programa materno-infantil. Método: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal, de tipo observacional, en la Dirección Nacional de Posgrado de la Dirección General de Docencia del Ministerio de Salud Pública de 2017 al 2020. Resultados: Fueron capacitados en todo el país 222 011 profesionales del Sistema Nacional de Salud en este periodo, con predominio el 2020, utilizando diferentes formas de organización del proceso docente, donde predominó el entrenamiento, seguido de cursos en la atención primaria y secundaria, en esta última mayoritariamente. Discusión: Se reconoce la necesidad de sistematizar acciones para actualizar los conocimientos y desarrollar habilidades, el alcance de las competencias profesionales necesarias en el personal de salud que interviene en el programa materno infantil.


Introduction: Taking into account the main causes of maternal and child morbidity and mortality, the Ministry of Public Health has implemented a plan of measures aimed at reducing the infant, child and maternal mortality rate. The objective of the text is to characterize the professional improvement activities taught by all the medical sciences universities in the country related to the maternal-infant program to professionals in the health sector. Method: A descriptive, cross-sectional, observational study was carried out at the National Postgraduate Directorate of the General Directorate of Teaching of the Ministry of Public Health from 2017 to 2020. Results: 222,011 professionals of the National Health System were trained throughout the country in the last four years, dedicated to the program, predominantly in 2020, using different forms of organization of teaching and a predominance of training, followed by courses in the primary and secondary care, in the latter mostly. Discussion: The need to systematize actions to update knowledge and develop skills is recognized, to achieve the necessary professional skills in health personnel involved in the maternal and child program.

ABSTRACT

O objetivo deste artigo foi propor padrões normativos para a Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS-Brasil) considerando diferenças em função das variáveis sociodemográficas: sexo, estado civil, faixa etária, escolaridade e faixa de rendimento. A amostra foi composta por 2.999 indivíduos, idades variando de 14 a 77 anos, maioria do sexo feminino (63%) e representantes de 21 estados brasileiros. As propriedades psicométricas da CAAS-Brasil foram investigadas por meio de Teoria de Resposta ao Item e coeficiente ômega. Os resultados evidenciaram invariância para a CAAS-Brasil e maiores diferenças de médias nas variáveis faixa etária, escolaridade e faixa de rendimento. A partir disso, foram apresentados padrões normativos para a amostra geral e dividida, considerando as variáveis que apresentaram diferenças. Os padrões normativos apresentados neste artigo possibilitarão que profissionais de orientação profissional e de carreira interpretem, com base em normas, os escores de adaptabilidade de carreira de seus orientandos, tornando a avaliação mais substantiva. This article aimed to propose normative standards for the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS-Brazil) considering differences in terms of sociodemographic variables: gender, marital status, age group, education level, and income. The sample consisted of 2999 individuals, within the age range of 14 to 77 years, mostly women (63%) from 21 Brazilian states. The psychometric properties of CAAS-Brazil were investigated using Item Response Theory and the Omega coefficient. Results showed invariance for the CAAS-Brazil and greater mean differences in the variables age group, education, and income. From this, normative standards for the overall sample were presented and divided considering the variables that showed differences. The normative standards presented in this article will enable career guidance professionals to interpret the career adaptability scores of their students, making the assessment more robust. (AU)


El objetivo de este artículo fue proponer estándares normativos para la Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS-Brasil) considerando diferencias en términos de variables sociodemográficas: género, estado civil, grupo de edad, escolaridad y rango de ingresos. La muestra estuvo constituida por 2.999 individuos, con edades comprendidas entre 14 y 77 años, en su mayoría mujeres (63%) y representantes de 21 estados brasileños. Las propiedades psicométricas de CAAS-Brasil se investigaron mediante la Teoría de Respuesta al Ítem y el coeficiente Omega. Los resultados mostraron invarianza para el CAAS-Brasil y mayores diferencias de medias en las variables edad, escolaridad e ingresos. A partir de esto, se presentaron estándares normativos para la muestra general y se dividieron considerando las variables que manifestaron diferencias. Los estándares normativos presentados en este artículo permitirán a los profesionales de la orientación profesional interpretar y la orientación interpretar, basándose en normas, las puntuaciones de adaptabilidad profesional de sus alumnos, haciendo que la evaluación sea más sustantiva. ABSTRACT

Este artigo coloca em debate a relação entre trabalho, formação e política a partir de uma experiência de pesquisa-intervenção realizada com trabalhadores de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde do município de Porto Alegre. Iniciamos posicionando a tríade "trabalho-formação-política" esboçando a compreensão que temos dessa relação. A seguir, apresentamos os principais operadores teórico-metodológicos utilizados na pesquisa, destacando o emprego da cartografia e o dispositivo da instrução ao sósia. Por fim, desenvolvemos trechos do material analisado por meio dos operadores conceituais e metodológicos propostos, indicando que a análise da atividade suscita a colocação de problemas aos saberes construídos no trabalho, constituindo outras maneiras de trabalhar em meio a debates que envolvem decisões relacionadas aos impactos do trabalho para os trabalhadores e o território onde atuam. Concluímos, com base na investigação feita, que a construção de saberes ao trabalhar não é somente uma tessitura de si ou de saberes, mas também, e necessariamente, da própria política, visto que viver o/no/pelo trabalho, renormatizando os processos, implica a tessitura dos modos de viver em conjunto


This article discusses the relationship between work, professional development, and politics based on an intervention-research experience conducted with workers of a Basic Health Unit in the city of Porto Alegre. We begin by positioning the "work-education-politics" triad, outlining our understanding of this relationship. Next, we present the main theoretical-methodological operators used in this research, highlighting the use of cartography and the device of the instruction to the double. Finally, we developed excerpts of the analyzed material with the proposed conceptual and methodological operators, indicating that the analysis of the activity leads to posing problems to the knowledge built at work, constituting other ways of working in the midst of debates that involve decisions related to the impacts of the work for the workers and the territory where they work. We conclude, based on the investigation carried out, that the construction of knowledge when working is not only a weaving of itself, or of knowledge, but also, and necessarily, of the policy itself, since living the/in/through work, normalizing the processes again, implies weaving the modes to live together

ABSTRACT

Fundamento: es necesario instruir a los docentes sobre la estructura y desarrollo de la clase metodológica instructiva como parte del trabajo metodológico. Objetivo: diseñar un manual para la preparación de los docentes en el desarrollo y estructura de la clase metodológica instructiva. Métodos: se realizó una investigación cualicuantitativa en la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Villa Clara, Facultad de Medicina, curso 2021-2022. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos para la fundamentación de la investigación y recogida de la información. Los resultados de los instrumentos aplicados fueron procesados en análisis porcentuales. Se seleccionaron especialistas para la valoración del manual. Resultados: se constató en la caracterización del claustro una mayor frecuencia de docentes con 6 a 10 años de experiencia y de adquisición de los conocimientos para el desempeño de su labor a través de las preparaciones metodológicas. Predominó la categoría de profesor asistente y buen conocimiento sobre la estructura de la clase metodológica instructiva. Se diseñó un manual dirigido a instruir a los profesores en el desarrollo de la clase metodológica instructiva. Conclusiones: fue valorado con uniformidad de criterios positivos por especialistas con vasta experiencia en la docencia.


Background: it is necessary to instruct teachers on the structure and development of the instructive methodological class as part of the methodological work. Objective: to design a manual for the preparation of teachers in the development and structure of the instructive methodological class. Methods: a qualitative-quantitative research was carried out at the Villa Clara University of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, academic year 2021-2022. Theoretical and empirical methods were used to support the research and collect information. The results of the applied instruments were processed in percentage analysis. Specialists were selected to assess the manual. Results: in the characterization of the faculty, a higher frequency of teachers with 6 to 10 years of experience and acquisition of knowledge for the performance of their work through methodological preparations was found. The rank of assistant professor and good knowledge about the structure of the instructive methodological class predominated. A manual was designed aimed at instructing teachers in the development of the instructive methodological class. Conclusions: it was evaluated with uniformity of positive criteria by specialists with vast experience in teaching.

ABSTRACT

Fundamento: es necesario conocer los desafíos que deben enfrentar la estomatología y la educación superior cubana para accionar ante las limitantes económicas, su relación con la ciencia, la tecnología e innovación, y formación de competencias en los profesionales para lograr el objetivo de la Visión 2030. Objetivo: identificar los desafíos de la Visión 2030 y la valoración de las limitantes económicas e integración con la ciencia, tecnología e innovaciones y el nivel de competencias específicas y transversales en la formación de profesionales en el área de salud. Métodos: se realizó una investigación descriptivo-transversal, en el periodo marzo-mayo 2021, en el Policlínico Universitario "Marta Abreu", de Santa Clara, Villa Clara. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos: análisis-síntesis e inductivo- deductivo; empíricos: encuesta y revisión documental; el matemático para determinar los valores absolutos y porcentaje. Resultados: se identificaron algunos desafíos: ausencia de tecnología apropiada, adopción limitada de iniciativas en la promoción y prevención de salud, compresión de señales de alarma, seguir una trayectoria de aprendizaje y superación constantes, restricciones reales en la integración con la ciencia y la innovación, y fomentar investigaciones prácticas basadas en las habilidades investigativas, comunicativas y de actualización de conocimientos en estudiantes. Conclusiones: la estomatología cubana tiene limitaciones económicas objetivas, que pueden ser superadas con su integración a la ciencia, tecnología e innovación, y el fomento de habilidades que les permitan actuar con creatividad en los escenarios más diversos.


Background: it is necessary to know the challenges that Cuban dentistry and higher education must face in order to act in the face of economic limitations, its relationship with science, technology and innovation, and the training of professional skills to achieve the goal of Vision 2030. . Objective: to identify the challenges of Vision 2030 and the assessment of economic limitations and integration with science, technology and innovations and the level of specific and cross sectional skills in the training of professionals in the health area. Methods: a descriptive-cross-sectional investigation was carried out, from March to May 2021, at "Marta Abreu" University Polyclinic, in Santa Clara, Villa Clara. Theoretical methods were used: analysis-synthesis and inductive-deductive; empirical ones: survey and documentary review; the mathematical to determine the absolute values and percentage. Results: some challenges were identified: absence of appropriate technology, limited adoption of initiatives in health promotion and prevention, understanding of alarm signals, following a path of constant learning and improvement, real restrictions in the integration with science and innovation, and promote practical investigations based on students' researching, communication and knowledge updating skills. Conclusions: Cuban dentistry has objective economic limitations, which can be overcome with its integration into science, technology and innovation, and the promotion of skills that allow them to act creatively in the most diverse scenarios.

Fundamento: la creación de potentes repositorios de objetos de aprendizaje constituye un reto para los docentes en el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19. Objetivo: diseñar objetos de aprendizaje que integren la información necesaria sobre diferentes temas de asignaturas para estudiantes de cuarto año de la carrera de Estomatología en la educación a distancia. Métodos: se realizó una investigación desarrollo tecnológico en la Facultad de Estomatología de Camagüey en el período comprendido abril-junio 2020. Se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos matemáticos. Se utilizó el programa eXeLearning 2.3.1 para la elaboración de los objetos de aprendizaje. Se evaluaron los productos según criterios de estudiantes y de especialistas. Resultados: se crearon objetos de aprendizaje para las asignaturas Atención Integral a la Familia II y III, Odontopediatría y Ortodoncia los que contribuyeron al desempeño académico de los estudiantes, quienes, en su mayoría, destacaron sus aspectos positivos. Conclusiones: los objetos de aprendizaje resultaron de utilidad para el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje a distancia de los estudiantes de Estomatología; contribuyeron al desarrollo de habilidades intelectuales, la motivación y la asimilación de contenidos de forma asequible. Fueron valorados por especialistas en la categoría Muy adecuados para su uso en la docencia.


Background: the creation of powerful repositories of learning objects constitutes a challenge for teachers in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Objective: to design learning objects that integrate the necessary information on different subject topics for fourth-year students of the Dentistry degree in distance learning. Methods: a technological development research was carried out at Camagüey Faculty of Dentistry of in the period from April to June 2020. Theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods were used. The eXeLearning 2.3.1 program was used to create the learning objects. The products were evaluated according to the criteria of students and specialists. Results: learning objects were created for the Comprehensive Family Care II and III, Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics subjects, which contributed to the academic performance of the students, who, for the most part, highlighted their positive aspects. Conclusions: the learning objects were very useful for the distance learning teaching process of Dentistry students; they contributed to the development of intellectual abilities, motivation and the assimilation of contents in an affordable way. They were valued by specialists in the category Very suitable for use in teaching.

ABSTRACT

Fundamento: el dibujo anatómico desde la propia clase aporta a los estudiantes de Estomatología mayor destreza manual, ligereza psicomotora y mejor percepción estética, lo cual responde a su formación profesional. Objetivo: diseñar un sistema de actividades de dibujo anatómico para el desarrollo de habilidades manuales e intelectuales en los estudiantes de Estomatología. Métodos: se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal en la Facultad de Estomatología entre enero de 2018 a diciembre de 2020. El diseño metodológico se desarrolló en tres etapas: diagnóstica, de diseño y valoración, y de implementación y evaluación. Se emplearon los métodos teóricos: histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético e inductivo-deductivo; empíricos: análisis documental, cuestionario y entrevista; y estadísticos-matemáticos: la estadística descriptiva para la elaboración de tablas y gráficos, así como el análisis porcentual para el procesamiento de los datos obtenidos en el diagnóstico y en la valoración ofrecida por los especialistas. Resultados: se realizó un estudio diagnóstico, el cual determinó que existían dificultades en el desarrollo de habilidades manuales e intelectuales en los estudiantes de Estomatología, sobre cuya base se diseñó un sistema de actividades que se implementó mediante un curso electivo y en algunos temas de la disciplina. Conclusiones: se diseñó un sistema de actividades de dibujo anatómico que contribuyó al desarrollo de habilidades manuales e intelectuales en los estudiantes de Estomatología para dar solución a problemas vinculados a la actividad profesional y la vida diaria. Fue valorado por especialistas como una respuesta acertada al problema investigado, a partir de la novedad y el nivel científico.


Background: anatomical drawing from the class itself provides Dentistry students with greater manual dexterity, psychomotor lightness and better aesthetic perception, which responds to their professional training. Objective: to design a system of anatomical drawing activities for the development of manual and intellectual skills in Dentistry students. Methods: a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out at the Faculty of Dentistry from January 2018 to December 2020. The methodological design was developed in three stages: diagnostic, design and assessment, and implementation and evaluation. Theoretical methods were used: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive; empirical ones: documentary analysis, questionnaire and interview; and statistical-mathematical ones: descriptive statistics for the preparation of tables and graphs, as well as percentage analysis for processing the data obtained in the diagnosis and in the assessment offered by specialists. Results: a diagnostic study was carried out, which determined that there were difficulties in the development of manual and intellectual skills in Dentistry students, on the basis of which a system of activities was designed, that was implemented through an elective course and in some topics of the discipline. Conclusions: a system of anatomical drawing activities was designed that contributed to the development of manual and intellectual skills in dentistry students to solve problems related to professional activity and daily life. It was valued by specialists as a correct response to the investigated problem, based on its novelty and scientific level.

Fundamento: en la actualidad se observan restricciones epistemológicas y praxiológicas en la formación del residente de Cirugía General. La lógica hermenéutico-dialéctica de dicha formación se expresa en su relación con la práctica quirúrgica contextual; el desarrollo de las habilidades quirúrgicas discurre mediante la educación en el trabajo. Objetivo: diseñar un modelo didáctico de la formación quirúrgico-asistencial en la educación en el trabajo del residente de Cirugía General, para la atención integral de pacientes con cáncer de colon. Métodos: se realizó una investigación de desarrollo en el los hospitales "Saturnino Lora" y "Juan B. Zayas" de Santiago de Cuba durante 2021. Se emplearon métodos teóricos: análisis-síntesis, sistematización y generalización de experiencias, holístico-dialéctico, modelación y enfoque hermenéutico; empíricos: encuesta y entrevista a residentes, especialistas y expertos de ambos hospitales. Resultados: el modelo diseñado se sustenta en la sistematización y generalización de las experiencias de los autores concernientes a los períodos preoperatorio, operatorio y posoperatorio de la cirugía de esta neoplasia. Conclusiones: el modelo didáctico fue validado por expertos como pertinente, factible y aplicable; tiene como contradicción la relación entre la lógica secuencial algorítmica de la práctica quirúrgica y la lógica hermenéutico-dialéctica del proceso de formación del residente en Cirugía General, a fin de contribuir a disminuir las insuficiencias y limitaciones de este profesional durante el proceso formativo.


Background: currently epistemological and praxiological restrictions are observed in the training of the General Surgery resident. The hermeneutic-dialectical logic of such training is expressed in its relationship with contextual surgical practice; the development of surgical skills proceeds through the in-service training. Objective: to design a didactic model of surgical-care training in the in-service training of the General Surgery resident, for the comprehensive care of patients with colon cancer. Methods: a development investigation was carried out in the "Saturnino Lora" and "Juan B. Zayas" hospitals in Santiago de Cuba during 2021. Theoretical methods were used: analysis-synthesis, systematization and generalization of experiences, holistic-dialectical, modeling and hermeneutic approach; empirical ones: survey and interview with residents, specialists and experts from both hospitals. Results: the designed model is based on the systematization and generalization of the authors' experiences concerning the preoperative, operative, and postoperative periods of surgery for this neoplasm. Conclusions: the didactic model was validated by experts as pertinent, feasible and applicable; Its contradiction is the relationship between the algorithmic sequential logic of surgical practice and the hermeneutic-dialectical logic of the training process of the resident in General Surgery, in order to help reduce the insufficiencies and limitations of this professional during the training process.

Fundamento: la evaluación del desempeño profesional y la competencia constituye el eje fundamental del modelo cubano para el análisis y evaluación de la calidad en la educación y práctica médicas. Objetivo: diseñar un modelo de evaluación de la competencia investigativa del licenciado en Imagenología. Métodos: se realizó una investigación de desarrollo en los centros de atención secundaria del municipio Holguín desde 2021 a 2022. Se emplearon métodos teóricos: histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, sistémico-estructural-funcional y modelación; y empíricos: análisis documental y cuestionario a licenciados en Imagenología. Para la valoración del modelo se empleó el criterio de 10 especialistas con reconocido prestigio en los centros de atención. Los indicadores fueron la pertinencia, utilidad, factibilidad. Resultados: se constataron insuficiencias en la competencia investigativa evidenciadas en el desempeño profesional. Se elaboró un modelo de evaluación compuesto por dos subsistemas: teórico funcional y contextualización; de sus relaciones deviene una nueva cualidad que se enuncia en la mejora del desempeño profesional investigativo para la solución de problemas tecnológicos y biomédicos. Conclusiones: los dos subsistemas que componen el modelo de evaluación de la competencia investigativa tienen una relación de coordinación. Los especialistas lo valoraron como pertinente, útil y factible de ser aplicado.


Background: the evaluation of professional performance and competence constitutes the fundamental axis of the Cuban model for the analysis and evaluation of quality in medical education and practice. Objective: to design a model for evaluating the research competence of the graduate in Imaging. Methods: a development investigation was carried out in the secondary care centers of the Holguín municipality from 2021 to 2022. Theoretical methods were used: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, systemic-structural-functional and modeling; and empirical: documentary analysis and questionnaire to graduates in Imaging. To evaluate the model, the criteria of 10 specialists with recognized prestige in care centers were used. The indicators were relevance, usefulness, feasibility. Results: insufficiencies in the researching competence were found, evidenced in professional performance. An evaluation model composed of two subsystems was developed: functional theory and contextualization; from their relationships becomes a new quality that is expressed in the improvement of professional researching performance for the solution of technological and biomedical problems. Conclusions: the two subsystems that make up the research competence evaluation model have a coordination relationship. The specialists valued it as pertinent, useful and feasible to be applied.

Fundamento: la evaluación del impacto en el contexto de la educación superior es el proceso mediante el cual se valoran los cambios que ocurren en el egresado por influencia del programa, un tiempo después de aplicadas las acciones formativas. Objetivo: evaluar el impacto de la especialidad Oftalmología en el desarrollo docente de sus egresados en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas "Mariana Grajales Coello" de Holguín. Métodos: se realizó un estudio de evaluación con enfoque mixto y de corte transversal en el campo del posgrado académico, en el período enero 2021-junio 2022. Se aplicaron métodos teóricos y empírico: cuestionario para obtener información sobre la percepción de los egresados respecto al impacto de la especialidad en su preparación docente. El procesamiento incluyó análisis de frecuencias relativas, índice de posición, la correlación elemento escala y el índice de Cronbach para la confiabilidad. Resultados: las subdimensiones aportes al dominio de las categorías de la didáctica, preparación en el trabajo metodológico, preparación en la organización y dirección del trabajo docente calificaron de Alto el impacto de la especialidad en la preparación docente de los egresados. Además, hubo 47 % de participación en la ejecución de actividades docentes de pregrado y posgrado después de haber cursado la especialidad. Conclusiones: la percepción de los egresados evidenció el alto impacto de la especialidad Oftalmología en su preparación docente, componente esencial en la educación médica para la calidad del proceso docente educativo.


Background: impact evaluation in the context of higher education is the process through which the changes that occur in the graduate due to the influence of the program are assessed, sometime after the training actions have been applied. Objective: to assess the impact of the Ophthalmology specialty on the teaching development of its graduates at "Mariana Grajales Coello" Faculty of Medical Sciences in Holguín. Methods: an evaluation study was carried out with a mixed and cross-sectional approach in the field of academic postgraduate studies, from January 2021 toJune 2022. Theoretical and empirical methods were applied: questionnaire to obtain information on the perception of graduates regarding the impact of the specialty on their teaching preparation. The processing included analysis of relative frequencies, position index, scale element correlation and Cronbach's index for reliability. Results: the sub dimensions contributions to the mastery of the categories of didactics, preparation in methodological work, preparation in the organization and direction of teaching work rated the impact of the specialty on the teaching preparation of graduates as High. In addition, there was 47% participation in the execution of undergraduate and graduate teaching activities after having completed the specialty. Conclusions: the perception of the graduates evidenced the high impact of the Ophthalmology specialty on their teaching preparation, an essential component in medical education for the quality of the educational teaching process.

Fundamento: la preparación idiomática de los profesionales de Enfermería para enfrentar los retos que representa asumir la colaboración en países de habla inglesa. Objetivo: determinar la efectividad de una estrategia didáctico-metodológica de integración para elevar la competencia comunicativa de profesionales de la Enfermería, en la colaboración internacional en países de habla inglesa. Métodos: investigación de tipo prexperimento realizada en la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Villa Clara, entre enero 2022-abril 2023. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos: análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo; histórico-lógico y sistémico-estructural; empíricos: análisis documental, observación, entrevista, entrevista grupal, prueba pedagógica, y matemático-estadísticos. Resultados: en el análisis documental del programa de los posgrados se pudo constatar que no integran armónicamente los postulados del Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas, la inmersión lingüística y el aprendizaje acelerado así como la combinación de las estructuras del inglés general con el inglés con propósitos específicos. La entrevista grupal con los docentes analizó el bajo nivel de asimilación de 20 cursistas, lo que llevó a hacer un grupo especial, el examen de entrada mostró que alrededor del 90 % de los alumnos comenzó el curso sin vencer el nivel A1; sin embargo, los resultados el examen de salida mostraron que más del 70 % concluyó con un nivel B1 plus. Conclusiones: la estrategia didáctico-metodológica para contribuir a elevar la preparación idiomática de los profesionales de Enfermería contribuyó satisfactoriamente con la preparación idiomática de los cursistas.


Background: the language preparation of Nursing professionals to face the challenges of assuming collaboration in English-speaking countries. Objective: determine the effectiveness of a didactic-methodological integration strategy to increase the communicative competence of nursing professionals, in international collaboration in English-speaking countries. Methods: pre-experiment type research carried out at the Villa Clara University of Medical Sciences, from January 2022 to April 2023. Theoretical methods were used: analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive; historical-logical and systemic-structural; empirical ones: documentary analysis, observation, interview, group interview, pedagogical test, and mathematical-statistical. Results: in the documentary analysis of the postgraduate program, it was found that they do not harmoniously integrate the postulates of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, linguistic immersion and accelerated learning, as well as the combination of the structures of general English with English for specific purposes. The group interview with the teachers analyzed the low level of assimilation of 20 students, which led to creating a special group. The pre- test exam showed that around 90% of the students began the course without passing level A1; however, the results of the post-test exam showed that more than 70% concluded with a B1 plus level. Conclusions: the didactic-methodological strategy to help raise the language preparation of Nursing professionals contributed satisfactorily to the language preparation of the students.

ABSTRACT

O racismo é um fenômeno que impacta a vida da população negra, direcionando-a para uma condição de marginalização social, inclusive profissionalmente. Diante disso, o presente estudo, qualitativo, objetivou analisar as estratégias de enfrentamento ao racismo adotadas por universitários negros de uma instituição pública de ensino superior no processo de construção de suas carreiras. Adotando-se como referencial a Teoria de Construção da Carreira, 27 entrevistas semiestruturadas foram conduzidas com graduandos (16 do gênero feminino e 11 do gênero masculino) autodeclarados negros de uma universidade situada na região Sudeste do Brasil. Os dados coletados foram submetidos a Análise de Similitude, por meio do software IRaMuTeQ, que demonstrou, a partir de uma árvore máxima, que os discursos dos participantes estiveram centrados no termo "racismo" e em quatro troncos de similitude relacionados aos vocábulos: "negro", "falar", "situação" e "acontecer". Os resultados indicaram que o racismo é um dos fatores que impactam a carreira dos sujeitos, sobretudo por sustentar práticas discriminatórias veladas e limitar oportunidades profissionais. Em resposta a ele, quatro estratégias de enfrentamento foram identificadas: a) diálogo com sujeitos próximos; b) busca por suporte junto à rede de apoio constituída na universidade; c) denúncia de seus impactos; e d) adoção de ações individuais de transformação da realidade. Os achados permitem identificar a adoção de diferentes estratégias individuais e coletivas de enfrentamento ao racismo, que devem ter seu desenvolvimento estimulado pelas instituições de ensino superior, a fim de que se tornem práticas sistematizadas que favoreçam a discussão sobre o fenômeno em âmbitos acadêmico e profissional.(AU)


The phenomenon of racism impacts the lives of Black population, leading them to social marginalization, including professionally. Thus, this qualitative study analyzes the coping strategies adopted by Black undergraduates from a public higher education institution to confront racism during career construction. Adopting the Career Construction Theory as a framework, 27 semi-structured interviews were conducted (16 women and 11 men) with self-declared black undergraduates from a university located in southeastern Brazil. Similarity analysis of the collected data, performed using the IRaMuTeQ software, showed that, from a maximum tree, the participants' speeches centered around the term "racism" and on four similarity trunks related to the words: "black", "talk", "situation" and "happen". Results indicated that racism majorly impacts the subjects' careers, especially by upholding veiled discriminatory practices and limiting professional opportunities. To cope with it, undergraduates adopt four main strategies: a) dialogue with close subjects; b) search for support with the support network established at the university; c) denunciation of its impacts; and d) adoption of individual strategies to transform reality. The findings point to different actions, individual and collective, adopted to fight racism, whose development should be supported by higher education institutions so that they become systemic practices that favor discussing the phenomenon in academic and professional fields.(AU)


El racismo es un fenómeno que impacta la vida de la población negra, llevándola a una condición de marginación social, incluso a nivel profesional. Así, este estudio cualitativo, tuvo por objetivo analizar las estrategias de afrontamiento el racismo que utilizan los universitarios negros de una Institución Pública de Educación Superior en el proceso de construcción de sus carreras. Tomando como referencia la Teoría de Construcción de Carrera, se realizaron 27 entrevistas semiestructuradas a estudiantes (16 mujeres y 11 hombres) autodeclarados negros de una universidad en la región Sureste de Brasil. Los datos recolectados se sometieron a un Análisis de Similitud, desarrollado utilizando el software IRaMuTeQ, que demostró, a partir de un árbol máximo, que los discursos de los participantes se centraron en el término "racismo" y en cuatro troncos de similitud relacionados con las palabras: "negro", "hablar", "situación" y "pasar". Los resultados indicaron que el racismo es uno de los factores que impactan la carrera, especialmente por sostener prácticas discriminatorias veladas y limitar las oportunidades profesionales. En respuesta a ello, se identificaron cuatro estrategias de afrontamiento: a) diálogo con sujetos cercanos; b) búsqueda de apoyo en la red constituida en la universidad; c) denuncia de sus impactos; y d) adopción de acciones individuales para transformar la realidad. Los hallazgos permiten identificar la adopción de diferentes estrategias, individuales y colectivas, para enfrentar el racismo, las cuales deben tener su desarrollo estimulado por las instituciones de educación superior, para que se conviertan en prácticas sistematizadas que favorezcan la discusión del fenómeno en el ámbito académico y profesional.(AU)

Este trabalho analisa as Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde, com o objetivo de identificar de que maneira os programas financiados pelo Ministério da Saúde, a partir da Portaria Interministerial 1.077 de 2009, encontram-se distribuídos pelo país. Realizou-se uma pesquisa documental exploratória utilizando editais e portarias publicados pelo Ministério da Saúde, através da Secretaria de Gestão do Trabalho e da Educação em Saúde em conjunto com o Ministério da Educação, através da Secretaria de Educação Superior. A análise foi dividida em três momentos: distribuição dos programas de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde de acordo com as regiões brasileiras, com as áreas de concentração consideradas pelo Ministério da Saúde como prioritárias para o Sistema Único de Saúde e com as instituições proponentes. Ao longo da escrita, os aspectos históricos das Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde são revisitados desde a década de 70, até sua configuração como parte integrante da Política Nacional de Gestão da Educação na Saúde. São discutidos os elementos que permeiam a implementação das Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde, como a concepção de atenção integral à saúde, o trabalho em equipe multiprofissional e a formação em serviço, além de questões relativas ao seu financiamento, à sua institucionalização e à sua inserção na Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde. As Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde são consideradas como potenciais indutoras de transformação dos processos de educação e de trabalho vigentes na saúde, trazendo à discussão a importância de sua legitimação e consolidação como peça fundamental de uma política de formação voltada para o Sistema Único de Saúde. The complex health demands of contemporary society require the construction of a professional profile and a more integrated health workforce. Interprofessional Education (IPE) for patient-centered collaborative practice has been globally recognized as a strategy capable of fostering changes in training and improving health outcomes. Guided by the teaching-service-community integration and training for teamwork, seeking to overcome the trend of isolated and fragmented professional performance, the Multiprofessional Residency in Health (RMS) constitutes a modality of in-service education that favors the development of interprofessionals collaborative skills. This thesis aimed to analyze the educational context of RMS programs from the perspective of EIP and collaborative practices in health. For this, a multi-method, exploratory and descriptive study of multiple cases was carried out between March and November 2020, with 86 actors from three RMS programs in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Data were collected through bibliographic research on the theme of EIP in the RMS; documentary analysis of the political-pedagogical projects (PPP) of the programs; online survey and application of the Jefferson Scale of Attitudes Related to Interprofessional Collaboration (EJARCI) to residents and tutors; and semi-structured online interviews with course coordinators. The analysis and combination of data were guided by the theoretical-methodological framework of the EIP. The publications found in the bibliographic research are mostly experience reports that evaluated the impacts of adopting EIP strategies, studies on the perception of residents about interprofessional performance, and PPP analyses. From the documental analysis, it was verified that the PPP of the three RMS programs are close to the EIP precepts, but they do not present a standardized structure oriented to the development of interprofessional competences. The EJARCI analysis showed a favorable attitude towards the interprofessional collaboration of all actors, with no statistical differences between the studied variables. The survey and interviews indicated that the RMS are configured as powerful educational scenarios for the acquisition of collaborative skills, as they promote communication and knowledge exchange between different professionals from integrative activities and contextual teaching methodologies that aim care integrality. The barriers that limit the success of EIP in the RMS could be mitigated through the qualification of teachers and tutors, reorganization of the workload of residents, deepening the use of interactive methodologies, greater interaction with medical residency, and diversification of scenarios and activities that promote interprofessional integration. ABSTRACT

Abstract Women commonly face a complex network of barriers that hinder their career trajectory. Therefore, this article aims to address career interventions as a methodological strategy to minimize gender inequalities in the workplace. Given the scenario of inequalities experienced by women, attention in the development of interventions is needed, so that problems are not worsened with superficial initiatives that focus only on individuals. This article discusses gender inequality in careers; presents recommendations for research with interventions; exemplifies some interventions and provides a step-by-step guide for designing them, which consists of choosing the theoretical framework, defining the objectives, target audience and context, identifying resources, structuring the intervention, defining the content, activities and assessment. The limits and possibilities of using interventions in research on gender and career are discussed, in addition to the challenges of this scientific field.


Resumo Mulheres comumente enfrentam uma rede complexa de barreiras que prejudicam sua trajetória de carreira. Diante disso, o objetivo deste artigo consiste em abordar as intervenções de carreira como estratégia metodológica para mitigar as desigualdades de gênero no mundo do trabalho. Considerando o cenário de desigualdades vivido pelas mulheres, é necessário atenção na construção de intervenções, para que os problemas não se agravem com iniciativas superficiais e que focam apenas nos indivíduos. Este estudo discute a desigualdade de gênero nas carreiras; faz recomendações para pesquisas com foco em intervenções; exemplifica algumas intervenções e fornece um passo-a-passo para a elaboração de intervenções, que consiste na escolha do referencial teórico, definição dos objetivos, público-alvo e contexto, identificação dos recursos, estruturação da intervenção, definição do conteúdo, das atividades e avaliação. São discutidos os limites e possibilidades do uso das intervenções em pesquisas sobre gênero e carreira, além dos desafios desse campo científico.


Resumen Las mujeres suelen enfrentarse a una compleja red de barreras que dificultan su trayectoria profesional. El objetivo de este artículo es abordar las intervenciones en la carrera como estrategia metodológica para minimizar las desigualdades de género en el mundo laboral. Ante el escenario de las desigualdades que viven las mujeres, es necesario prestar atención a la construcción de intervenciones para que los problemas no se agraven con iniciativas superficiales y que se enfocan solo en los individuos. Este artículo trata de la desigualdad de género en las carreras; aporta recomendaciones para la investigación con intervenciones; ejemplifica algunas intervenciones y proporciona una guía para la elaboración de intervenciones, que consiste en elegir el marco teórico, definir objetivos, público objetivo y contexto, identificar recursos, estructurar la intervención, definir el contenido, las actividades y evaluación. Se discuten los límites y posibilidades de utilizar las intervenciones en la investigación sobre género y carrera, además de los desafíos de este campo científico.

Identificou e analisou possíveis implicações da participação de três professores licenciados em Educação Física (duas mulheres e um homem) em programas de incentivo à docência no desenvolvimento profissional em escolas de educação básica. Realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, a partir de entrevista semiestruturada com professores licenciados em Educação Física. A análise dos dados mostrou que os impactos das vivências nos programas de incentivo à docência relacionam-se com a percepção do real papel de ser docente, com a tomada de consciência mais crítica e ampliada a partir do caráter colaborativo e coletivo nas discussões temáticas, nos planejamentos de atividades de ensino e pesquisa. Verificou-se ainda que os programas influenciaram no reconhecimento, por parte dos professores, da importância da continuidade do processo formativo, com ênfase para novas formas na abordagem dos conteúdos, através da retomada das metodologias de ensino, o repensar do binômio teoria-prática no processo ensino e aprendizagem, além da inclusão na seleção dos conteúdos trabalhados.


It identified and analyzed possible implications of the participation of three Physical Education teachers (two women and one man) in programs to encourage teaching in professional development in basic education schools. A qualitative research was carried out, based on semi-structured interviews with teachers licensed in Physical Education. Data analysis showed that the impacts of experiences in teaching incentive programs are related to the perception of the real role of being a teacher, with a more critical and expanded awareness of the collaborative and collective character in the thematic discussions, in the planning of teaching and research activities. It was also verified that the programs influenced the recognition, by the teachers, of the importance of the continuity of the formative process, with emphasis on new ways of approaching the contents, through the resumption of teaching methodologies, the rethinking of the theory-practice binomial in teaching and learning process, in addition to inclusion in the selection of contents worked on.


Identificó y analizó posibles trascendencias de la participación de tres profesores licenciados en Educación Física (dos mujeres y un hombre) en programas de fomento de la docencia en el desarrollo profesional en escuelas de educación básica. Se realizó una investigación cualitativa, basada en entrevistas semiestructuradas a docentes licenciados en Educación Física. El análisis de los datos mostró que los impactos de las experiencias en programas de incentivos docentes están relacionados con la percepción del rol real del ser docente, con una conciencia más crítica y ampliada del carácter colaborativo y colectivo en las discusiones temáticas, en la planificación de la enseñanza y Actividades de investigación. También se verificó que los programas influyeron en el reconocimiento, por parte de los profesores, de la importancia de la continuidad del proceso formativo, con énfasis en nuevas formas de abordar los contenidos, a través de la reanudación de las metodologías de enseñanza, el replanteamiento de la teoría-práctica binomio en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, además de la inclusión en la selección de contenidos trabajados.
